Are AI Phone Cover cases protective?

All cases that AI Phone Cover offers are protective. We currently offer "Flexi Cases" and "Tough Cases". Flexi Case features a thoroughly modern clear Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) shell that offers impact resistance, while allowing the aesthetics of the iPhone or Android to shine through.

The Tough Case offers double-layered security for all those unexpected bumps. The polycarbonate outer shell is impact resistant, while the black flexible Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) inner cover adds shock absorption.

Do AI Phone Cover cases work with wireless charging?
Yes, AI Phone Cover Tough Cases and Flexi Cases work with wireless charging.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all EU countries as well as additional countries with EFTA trade agreements (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden).

We also ship to the United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and to the United Kingdom.

How do I track my AI Phone Cover order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from AI Phone Cover which includes a tracking code from the applicable carrier. Using that tracking code you can track your order up to delivery. In some instances, carrier's tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.
Does AI Phone Cover offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free international standard shipping for orders with a total value (after discount) of €59.00 or above (except for Canada). However we have frequent worldwide free shipping promotional offers available either for all customers or via discount code. Make sure to check the head section of our website! The applicable shipping fees will be shown on the checkout page.
Returns
Can I return my product for a refund?
Sure! We're 100% committed to making you happy. If you wish to return your item(s), please contact us with the reason of return, within 14 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable), and we will provide the return instructions in details! Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted. Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. Please be advised that shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items.

How can I make changes to my AI Phone Cover order?
Simply email us within 12 hours. Be sure to include your order number! If you would like to change your design, please also include the URL or name of the new design. Otherwise, if it is the device type or case type that you would like to adjust, please also let us know the details in email.
